Ordering Information

During the months of May thru September, orders containing perishable items — meat products — must be shipped overnight.

UPS 2nd Day Air is acceptable for orders containing meats that are shipped October thru March.

A Boxing charge of twenty-five dollars [$25.00] will be added to each individual package containing perishable items.

The boxing charge is not applied to packages only containing non-perishable items — BBQ sauce, Chicken & Rib Rub, tee shirts, ball caps, etc. — may be shipped UPS Ground or a faster shipping method, if desired.

Please call between the hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST) to place a telephone order. Of course, online orders are accepted 24/7.

In addition to Visa & MasterCard, we also accept American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club for phoned in orders only. At this time, only Visa & MasterCard are accepted for orders placed online.

Weights of products vary a little; these are average weights used for figuring your shipping charges. Boxing, Packing, and Dry Ice or Jell Packs may add up to 15 LBs. to shipping weight (see above about boxing charge).

Please note that we ship the cheapest way we can and only charge for shipping and packing, no extras. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ships Second Day this could save you quite a bit of money. Thursday ships overnight. Sorry we don't ship on Fridays. All orders received after 10:00 am central time Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
